摘要
目的为帮助医生实时了解患者的血压情况,及时进行医疗干预,探索一种新的连续无创血压(CNIBP)监测技术,并在临床推广应用。方法选取2024年3月至9月期间华南地区6家三甲医院的82例住院患者为研究对象,在临床科室中将CNIBP监测技术与袖带法进行对比,比较两种测量方式的性能与及时性。结果共采集778次袖带血压测量数据,纳入统计的有741次。与袖带法的血压测量结果相比,CNIBP监测技术收缩压测量误差为(0.21±6.90)mmHg,舒张压测量误差为(0.12±6.31)mmHg,符合美国医疗仪器促进会(AAMI)标准。结论CNIBP监测技术能满足临床要求,帮助医生实时掌握患者的血压变化情况,提高患者的血压监测舒适性。
【Objective】To develop and clinically implement a novel continuous non-invasive blood pressure(CNIBP)monitoring technology,facilitating real-time assessment of patient blood pressure by clinicians to enable timely medical intervention.【Methods】A prospective comparative study was conducted between March and September 2024.Eighty-two inpatients were enrolled from six Grade-A tertiary hospitals in South China.The performance and timeliness of the CNIBP technology were evaluated against the standard cuff-based method in clinical departments.All procedures were performed following ethical approval and informed consent.【Results】A total of 778 cuff-based blood pressure measurements were recorded.Of these,741 measurements met the criteria for analysis and were included.Compared with the reference cuff method,the CNIBP technology demonstrated a mean error±standard deviation of 0.21±6.90 mmHg for systolic blood pressure and 0.12±6.31 mmHg for diastolic blood pressure.These error metrics comply with the established standards of the Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation(AAMI),indicating clinically acceptable accuracy.【Conclusion】The developed continuous non-invasive blood pressure monitoring technology meets essential clinical requirements.It provides clinicians with real-time access to patient blood pressure status,thereby enhancing the potential for prompt intervention.Furthermore,this approach presents a promising alternative for improving patient comfort and compliance during extended monitoring periods.
