摘要
脊髓损伤(SCI)后,免疫反应在神经功能修复与恢复过程中扮演关键调控角色。干细胞移植、生物材料驱动的局部免疫重塑以及药物-免疫协同治疗等免疫调节策略均对神经功能恢复具有一定的作用,但同时也面临诸多挑战。现对SCI后免疫反应从急性期到慢性期的动态演变过程进行阐述,并剖析各阶段关键免疫细胞、因子及相互作用机制,探讨免疫调控的核心靶点与新兴策略,分析当前临床转化面临的挑战,为深入理解SCI免疫机制及开发精准免疫调控疗法提供理论依据与参考。
The immune response following spinal cord injury(SCI)plays a complex and critical dual role in nerve repair and functional recovery.Immune modulation strategies such as stem cell transplantation,local immune remodeling driven by biomaterials,and drug-immune combination therapy all have certain effects on the recovery of neurological function,but they also face many challenges.The dynamic evolution process of the immune response after SCI from the acute phase to the chronic phase is elaborated,and the key immune cells,factors and interaction mechanisms at each stage are analyzed,and the core targets and emerging strategies of immune regulation are discussed,and the challenges faced in current clinical translation are analyzed,in order to provide theoretical basis and reference for a deeper understanding of the immune mechanism of SCI and the development of precise immune regulation therapies.
