摘要
随着医疗信息化的快速发展,信息技术在提高病案管理水平的同时,也使得管理过程的复杂性和技术需求显著增加。研究采用系统动力学方法对病案管理信息化集成进行系统性分析,通过揭示系统内复杂关系和反馈机制,预测系统动态行为,为医疗卫生机构制定信息化战略、优化信息技术应用提供理论支持。识别病案管理集成信息技术的关键因素包括信息化意愿、信息化准备度、人员专业素养、外部环境因素等,并建立系统动力学模型,基于模型提出针对性改进策略,包括建立健全反馈与奖励机制、制定完善支持与培训政策、持续推进多层面信息化准备、着力提升工作人员自主学习能力。这些管理策略有助于优化医疗卫生机构的病案管理信息化过程,推动信息技术的有效集成和应用,提升整体管理效率。
With the rapid development of medical informatization,information technology has not only improved the level of medical record management but also significantly increased the complexity of management processes and technical requirements.This study applies system dynamics to conduct a systematic analysis of the integration of medical record management information technology,revealing the complex relationships and feedback mechanisms within the system,and predicting its dynamic behavior.The findings provide theoretical support for healthcare institutions in formulating informatization strategies and optimizing the application of information technology.The key factors for identifying the integrated information technology of medical record management include the willingness for informatization,the readiness for informatization,the professional quality of personnel,external environmental factors,etc.,and a system dynamics model is established.Based on this model,targeted improvement strategies are proposed,including establishing and improving feedback and reward mechanisms,formulating and perfecting support and training policies,continuously promoting multilevel informatization preparations,and focusing on enhancing the autonomous learning ability of staff.These management strategies are conducive to optimizing the informatization process of medical record management in medical and health institutions,promoting the effective integration and application of information technology,and improving the overall management efficiency.
