无头加压螺钉与空心拉力螺钉微创内固定治疗股骨颈骨折的疗效对比

Comparison of the efficacy between headless compression screws and hollow lag screws in minimally invasive internal fixation for femoral neck fractures

摘要 目的:对比无头加压螺钉与空心拉力螺钉微创治疗股骨颈骨折的效果。方法:选取2023年2月至2024年2月郑州市第六人民医院收治的80例股骨颈骨折患者,随机分为对照组(空心拉力螺钉微创内固定)和研究组(无头空心加压螺钉微创内固定),各40例。评估两组Harris评分、炎症因子(TGF-β1、FGF-2)、手术指标及并发症。结果:治疗后,两组Harris评分提升,研究组更高(P<0.05);两组炎症因子水平均下降,研究组更低(P<0.05);研究组手术时间和透视次数更少(P<0.05);并发症发生率也较低(P<0.05)。结论:无头空心加压螺钉治疗股骨颈骨折优于空心拉力螺钉,能改善关节功能,减轻炎症,缩短手术时间,减少并发症。 Objective:To compare the effects of headless compression screws and hollow lag screws in minimally invasive treatment of femoral neck fractures.Methods:80 patients with femoral neck fractures admitted to Zhengzhou Sixth People's Hospital from February 2023 to February 2024 were selected and randomly divided into a control group(treated with minimally invasive internal fixation using hollow lag screws)and a study group(treated with minimally invasive internal fixation using headless compression screws),with 40 cases in each group.The Harris scores,inflammatory factors(TGF-β1,FGF-2),surgical indicators and complications of the two groups were evaluated.Results:After treatment,the Harris scores of both groups improved,with the study group showing a higher score(P<0.05).The levels of inflammatory factors decreased,with the study group showing lower levels(P<0.05).The study group had shorter operation times and fewer fluoroscopy exposures,as well as a lower incidence of complications(P<0.05).Conclusion:Headless compression screws are superior to hollow lag screws in the treatment of femoral neck fractures,as they can improve joint function,reduce inflammation,shorten operation time,and decrease the incidence of complications.
