BAG-1与IGF-1在胃癌中的表达及其与患者临床病理特征及生存预后的关联研究

Study on the expression of BAG-1 and IGF-1 in gastric cancer and their association with clinicopathological characteristics and survival prognosis of patients

摘要 目的:探讨BAG-1和IGF-1在胃癌组织中的表达情况及其与预后的关系,以识别潜在的预后标志物,通过分析这些生物标志物的表达特征,为胃癌的临床管理提供新的见解。方法:选取2021年1月至2024年1月于河南中医药大学第三附属医院和河南中医药大学第一附属医院行手术切除的胃癌患者癌组织及癌旁组织97例,免疫组织化学染色法检测癌组织中BAG-1、IGF-1表达,并分析BAG-1、IGF-1的表达与预后的关系,采用Cox回归分析预后影响因素。结果:胃癌组织BAG-1、IGF-1阳性表达均高于癌旁组织(P<0.05);不同分化程度、淋巴结转移、浸润深度胃癌组织中BAG-1、IGF-1阳性表达比较差异显著(P<0.05);BAG-1、IGF-1阳性表达患者DFS率均低于阴性患者(P<0.05);多因素Cox比例风险回归分析显示,TNM分期(HR=4.594,95%CI:2.364~8.674)、远处转移(HR=2.765,95%CI:1.292~7.038)、浸润深度(HR=8.433,95%CI:2.348~11.339)、脉管侵犯(HR=6.419,95%CI:3.581~10.758)、BAG-1阳性(HR=7.403,95%CI:3.321~11.392)、IGF-1阳性(HR=7.128,95%CI:4.029~12.481)为胃癌患者预后影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:胃癌组织中BAG-1和IGF-1的高表达与患者的生存预后显著相关,提示这两种标志物可能作为有效的预后指标。 Objective:To investigate the expression of BAG-1 and IGF-1 in gastric cancer tissues and their relationship with prognosis,in order to identify potential prognostic markers and provide new insights for the clinical management of gastric cancer by analyzing the expression characteristics of these biomarkers.Methods:97 cases of cancerous and adjacent non-cancerous tissues were collected from gastric cancer patients who underwent surgical resection at the Third Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to January 2024.Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of BAG-1 and IGF-1 in cancerous tissues,and the relationship between the expression of BAG-1,IGF-1 and prognosis was analyzed.Cox regression analysis was used to identify prognostic influencing factors.Results:The positive expression rates of BAG-1 and IGF-1 in gastric cancer tissues were higher than those in adjacent non-cancerous tissues(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the positive expression rates of BAG-1 and IGF-1 among gastric cancer tissues with different degrees of differentiation,lymph node metastasis and depth of invasion(P<0.05).The disease-free survival(DFS)rate of patients with positive expression of BAG-1 and IGF-1 was lower than that of patients with negative expression(P<0.05).Multivariate Cox proportional hazards regression analysis showed that TNM stage(HR=4.594,95%CI:2.364~8.674),distant metastasis(HR=2.765,95%CI:1.292~7.038),depth of invasion(HR=8.433,95%CI:2.348~11.339),vascular invasion(HR=6.419,95%CI:3.581~10.758),positive BAG-1 expression(HR=7.403,95%CI:3.321~11.392)and positive IGF-1 expression(HR=7.128,95%CI:4.029~12.481)were prognostic influencing factors for gastric cancer patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:High expression of BAG-1 and IGF-1 in gastric cancer tissues is significantly associated with the survival prognosis of patients,suggesting that these two markers may serve as effective prognostic indicators.
