摘要
目的:基于Cu/Zr-IM1AA纳米酶构建抗坏血酸(Ascorbic Acid,AA)比色传感平台,实现AA的高灵敏比色检测与图像可视化分析。方法:设计Cu/Zr-IM1AA纳米酶催化反应体系,结合比色检测法(基于吸光度变化)和图像检测法(基于图像参数变化)建立双模式快速分析方法。结果:比色检测法在AA浓度为0~0.48 mmol·L^(-1)时表现出良好的线性,线性方程为y=-0.400 3x+0.272 3,相关系数为0.998 4,检出限为6.2 nmol·L^(-1)。图像检测法在AA浓度为0~120μmol·L^(-1)时表现出良好的线性,线性方程为lgx=0.005 733z+0.726,R^(2)为0.978 5,检出限为47.6 nmol·L^(-1)。结论:两种方法均具备高灵敏性与重现性,其中比色检测适用于痕量AA的检测,而图像检测则为AA的快速可视化分析提供了便捷的手段。
Objective:To construct an Ascorbic Acid(AA)colorimetric sensing platform based on Cu/Zr-IM1AA nanoenzyme to achieve highly sensitive colorimetric detection and image visualization of AA.Method:A Cu/Zr-IM1AA nanoenzyme catalytic reaction system was designed,and a dual-mode rapid analysis method was established by combining colorimetric detection method(based on absorbance changes)and image detection methods(based on image parameter changes).Result:The results of the colorimetric detection method were 0 mmol·L^(-1) to 0.48 mmol·L^(-1),the linear equation is y=-0.4003x+0.2723,the correlation coefficient is 0.9984,and the limit of detection is 6.2 nmol·L^(-1).The image detection method was 0μmol·L^(-1) to 120μmol·L^(-1),the linear equation is lgx=0.005733z+0.726,the correlation coefficient is 0.9785,and the detection limit is 47.6 nmol·L^(-1).Conclusion:Both methods have high sensitivity and reproducibility,among which colorimetric detection is suitable for the detection of trace AA,while image detection provides a convenient means for rapid visual analysis of AA.
