摘要
作为一种高效、灵敏的分析手段,离子色谱法能够同时检测白酒中的多种离子化合物,如无机阴离子、阳离子、有机酸、多元醇、甜味剂以及氰化物等。本文详细分析了离子色谱技术在检测白酒中各类离子化合物时选用的色谱条件、样品预处理方法及其应用效果,并探讨了其未来的发展趋势。通过系统梳理已有研究成果,为白酒行业的质量控制与检测技术改进提供参考依据。
As an efficient and sensitive analytical method,ion chromatography can simultaneously detect a variety of ionic compounds in Baijiu,such as inorganic anions,cations,organic acids,polyols,sweeteners and cyanide.In this paper,the chromatographic conditions,sample pretreatment methods and application effects of ion chromatography in the detection of various ionic compounds in Baijiu were analyzed in detail,and its future development trend was discussed.By systematically combing the existing research results,this paper provides a reference for the quality control and detection technology improvement of the Baijiu industry.
