摘要
为有效利用澳洲坚果青皮资源,本文利用超声辅助酶法提取多酚,以澳洲坚果青皮多酚提取量为指标,通过单因素实验及正交实验对提取工艺进行优化。结果表明,最佳提取工艺为复合酶配比(纤维素酶∶果胶酶,质量比)1∶1、乙醇体积分数50%、提取时间110 min、料液比1∶70(g∶mL),此条件下提取量为62.925 mg·g^(-1)。
In order to effectively utilize Macadamia integrifolia nut peel,this article used ultrasonic assisted composite enzyme method to extract polyphenols from Macadamia integrifolia nut peel.Using the extraction amount of polyphenols as an indicator,single factor experiments and orthogonal experiment were designed to optimize extraction process.The results showed that the optimal process conditions for extracting polyphenols from Macadamia integrifolia nut peel using ultrasonic assisted composite enzyme method were the mass ratio of composite enzyme(cellulase and pectinase)1 to 1,ethanolvolume fraction of 50%,solid liquid ratio of 1 to 70(the unit is g to mL),and extraction time of 110 min.Under these conditions,the extraction amount of polyphenols from Macadamia integrifolia nut peel was 62.925 mg·g^(-1).
