摘要
蒜头果(Malania oleifera Chun et S.Lee)是我国独有的珍稀树种,被列为国家二级保护植物,同时是云南省广南县的特色经济作物。随着蒜头果油在医药领域的价值不断被认可,蒜头果产业已成为当地极具发展前景的特色生物科技产业。历史上,广南县大多数蒜头果产区都保留了榨油的传统,如今这些传统的榨油工具和工艺正逐渐淡出人们的视野。鉴于蒜头果产业的持续发展离不开对传统工艺的保护与传承,本文以广南县岩腊村为例,详细介绍该地区蒜头果的传统压榨工艺,并深入剖析当前传统榨油工艺传承所面临的困境,进而提出相应的保护建议。
Malaniaoleiferais a rare tree species indigenous to China,classified as a second-class national protected plant,and also an emblematic economic crop in Guangnan county,Yunnan province.As the value ofMalaniaoleiferaoil in the pharmaceutical industry continues to be explored,theMalaniaoleiferaindustry has emerged as a promising biotechnology sector in the region.Historically,most garlic-producing areas in Guangnan county have maintained the tradition of oil extraction.However,these traditional oil extraction tools and techniques are now gradually disappearing from public view.Considering that the sustainable development of the garlic fruit industry hinges on the preservation and inheritance of traditional techniques,this article uses Yanla village in Guangnan county as a case study to provide a detailed overview of the traditional pressing process ofMalaniaoleiferain the area.It also delves into the challenges currently faced by the inheritance of the traditional oil pressing process and offers corresponding suggestions for its protection.
