基于热能梯度利用的植物油料蒸脱系统节能装置及应用效果研究

Research on Energy-Saving Device for Vegetable Oil Material Steam Stripping System and Application Effects Based on Thermal Energy Gradient Utilization

摘要 传统植物油料加工蒸脱系统普遍采用蒸汽喷射泵回收干燥冷却第一层余热至蒸脱第六层进行再利用,但始终未能突破冷凝水滞留与热能品位错配两大技术瓶颈。本研究通过余热提质、介质分离、智能调控三位一体的技术革新,采用重构热交换路径,开发防结露型复合换热节能装置,突破传统热能回收系统的技术边界,实现冷凝水相变潜热的二次捕获利用。实证分析显示,该技术每年可实现节能收益37.5万元,减排CO_(2) 286 t,为粮油加工行业提供可复用的热能循环范式。 In the traditional steam stripping system for vegetable oil processing,steam jet pumps are commonly used to recycle the waste heat from the 1st layer of the desolventizer-toaster cooler(DC)to the 6th layer of the desolventizer-toaster(DT)for reuse.However,two major technical bottlenecks,namely the retention of condensed water and the mismatch of thermal energy grades,have never been overcome.This study establishes an integrated technological innovation system encompassing waste heat upgrading,medium separation,and intelligent regulation.By reconstructing the heat exchange pathways,we developed an anti-condensation composite heat exchange energy-saving device.This breakthrough transcends the technical limitations of traditional thermal energy recovery systems,enabling the secondary capture and utilization of the phase-change latent heat from condensate.Empirical analysis shows that this technology can achieve annual energy savings of 375000 yuan and reduce CO_(2) emissions by 286 tons,providing a reusable thermal energy cycle paradigm for the grain and oil processing industry.
