摘要
随着全球粮食贸易总量的持续增长,港口散粮筒仓作为粮食储运体系的关键节点,其安全生产问题日益受到关注。其中,粉尘爆炸风险尤为突出,已成为威胁港口作业安全的主要隐患之一。因此,本文围绕港口散粮筒仓粉尘防爆展开分析,阐述了粉尘爆炸的危害、发生条件,分析了多个港口在散粮筒仓粉尘防爆方面的实践经验,总结出一套具有针对性的粉尘防爆策略,旨在为港口散粮筒仓安全生产提供科学指导,有效降低粉尘爆炸风险,保障人员生命安全,推动港口散粮存储运输行业的可持续发展。
With the continuous growth of global grain trade total volume,port bulk grain silos,as critical nodes in grain storage and transportation systems,have seen increasing attention to their safety production issues.Among these,the risk of dust explosions is particularly prominent and has become one of the major hazards threatening port operations.Therefore,this paper focuses on dust explosion prevention in port bulk grain silos,elaborating on the hazards and conditions of dust explosions,analyzing practical experiences from multiple ports in dust explosion prevention for bulk grain silos,and summarizing a set of targeted dust explosion prevention strategies.The aim is to provide scientific guidance for the safe production of port bulk grain silos,effectively reduce the risk of dust explosions,ensure personnel safety,and promote the sustainable development of the port bulk grain storage and transportation industry.
