摘要
目的:本研究旨在通过PI3K/Akt信号通路探讨健脾理气降脂汤联合肥三针治疗单纯性肥胖的临床效果分析。方法:选取204例单纯性肥胖患者作为观察对象,采用随机数字表法进行患者分组,确保了随机序列的生成具有科学性和客观性。同时,采用不透明的密封信封法进行分配隐藏,将患者分为对照组(奥利司他胶囊,n=102)和观察组(健脾理气降脂汤+肥三针,n=102),观察两组治疗效果,并对两组治疗前后的体围指标、肥胖指标、糖脂代谢指标及血清PI3K mRNA、Akt mRNA水平进行比较。结果:观察组临床疗效较对照组偏高(98.04%与85.29%)(P<0.05),且其治疗后体围指标(胸围、腰围、股围、臀围及腰臀比)、中医证候积分、肥胖指标(体重、肥胖度及体脂百分比)、糖代谢指标(FBG、HOMA-IR、FINS)和脂代谢指标(TC、TG、LDL-C)水平均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组治疗后血清PI3K mRNA、Akt mRNA、p-Akt/Akt比值及GLUT4水平均较对照组明显偏高(均P<0.05)。结论:健脾理气降脂汤联合肥三针可能通过激活PI3K、Akt mRNA的高表达来起到改善单纯性肥胖患者的体围指标、肥胖指标和糖脂代谢指标的作用。
Objective:The present study aims to investigate the clinical efficacy of Jianpi Liqi Jiangzhi decoction combined with the Feisan acupuncture regimen in the treatment of simple obesity through the PI3K/Akt signaling pathway.Methods:A total of 204 patients with simple obesity were grouped using a random number table method,ensuring the scientific and objective generation of the random sequence.Additionally,opaque sealed envelopes were used for allocation concealment to prevent the leakage of grouping information during the allocation process.The patients were divided into a control group(taking Orlistat Capsules,n=102)and an observation group(receiving Jianpi Liqi Jiangzhi decoction combined with Feisan acupuncture therapy,n=102).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed,and comparisons were made between the two groups in terms of body circumference indicators,obesity indicators,glucose and lipid metabolism indicators,as well as serum PI3K mRNA and Akt mRNA levels before and after treatment.Results:The clinical efficacy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(98.04%vs 85.29%)(P<0.05),and the body circumference index(chest circumference,waist circumference,thigh circumference,hip circumference and waist-hip ratio),TCM syndrome integral,obesity index(body mass,obesity degree and percentage of body fat),glucose metabolism index(FBG,HOMA-IR,FINS)after treatment.After treatment,the serum PI3KmRNA and Akt mRNA in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Jianpi Liqi Jiangzhi decoction combined with Feisan acupuncture may improve the body circumference index,obesity index and glucose and lipid metabolism index of simple obese patients by activating the high expression of PI3K and Akt mRNA.
