摘要
慢性肾炎以血尿、蛋白尿、水肿及高血压为主要临床表现,是我国终末期肾病的主要病因。现代医学治疗慢性肾炎主要运用ACEI/ARB、激素、免疫抑制剂等药物,存在不良反应大、价格昂贵等缺点,而中医药辨证施治,具有增效减毒、价格低廉显著优势。周恩超教授认为“肾虚风扰”是慢性肾炎的核心病机,提出“益肾元,祛风毒”治疗大法,临证善用风药,取其宣肺、利咽、胜湿,调畅气机,涤痰逐瘀之效,临床疗效显著。附验案1例以佐证。
Chronic glomerulonephritis is characterized by hematuria,proteinuria,edema and hypertension,and is the main cause of end-stage renal disease in China.Modern medical treatment of chronic nephritis mainly uses ACEI/ARB,hormones,and immunosuppressants,which have disadvantages such as significant adverse reactions and high cost.In contrast,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment based on syndrome differentiation has significant advantages such as enhancing efficacy,reducing toxicity,and low cost.Professor ZHOU Enchao believes that“kidney deficiency and wind disturbance”is the core pathogenesis of chronic glomerulonephritis and proposes the treatment principle of“tonifying kidney essence and eliminating wind toxins”.In clinical practice,he is good at using wind drugs to achieve the effects of promoting lung function,relieving throat,dispelling dampness,regulating qi movement,and eliminating phlegm and blood stasis,with remarkable clinical efficacy.A case study is attached to support this.
