摘要
闭经为人工流产术后常见并发症之一,西医治疗本病存在一定局限性。江苏省名中医卢苏教授基于国医大师夏桂成教授“心-肾-子宫轴”理论,从虚实论治本病。认为本病虚者以肾虚为主,治在补肾而通之;实者以心实为要,重在宁心而通之,使心肾相交,胞宫藏泻有度,注重患者月经周期及心-肾-子宫轴生理功能的恢复,临床疗效显著。并附验案1则。
Amenorrhea is one of the common complications after induced abortion.Western medicine has certain limitations in treating this disease.Professor LU Su treats this disease based on the theory of the“heart kidney uterus axis”from the perspective of deficiency and excess.She believed that the main deficiency of this disease is kidney deficiency,and the treatment is to invigorating kidney for regulating menstruation;The excess syndrome lies in the heart,with a focus on calming the heart and promoting menstruation,finally promoting the harmony between heart and kidney,regulating the preserving and discharging of the uterus,and emphasizing the recovery of the patient’s menstrual cycle and physiological function of the heart kidney uterus axis.The curative effect is remarkable.One proven case is included for illustration.
