以湛江港宝满港区集装箱码头一期扩建工程为例,对其施工环境、风险识别与评估及安全防控措施等方面进行了系统介绍,详细总结了该项目外部自然因素、工序衔接、设备运行及人员安全等各类隐患,并对风险进行分级评估,提出完善的安全管理体系以及各项防控措施。
Taking the Phase I Expansion Project of the Bao man Port Area Container Terminal in Zhanjiang Port as an example,a systematic introduction has been made regarding its construction environment,risk identification and assessment,and safety control measures.The potential hazards from external natural factors,process connection,equipment operation,and personnel safety have been thoroughly summarized.Risks have been graded and assessed,and a comprehensive safety management system as well as various control measures have been proposed.
