摘要
以印尼雅万高铁项目为例,介绍了有砟轨道铺设关键技术的创新内容,研究了有砟轨道铺设施工工艺,分析了质量控制及检验;改进了施工器具,提高了长钢轨铺设施工质量和进度,同时,保障了轨道铺设安全,有效提升了轨道铺设自动化水平。
Taking the Jakarta-Bandung High-Speed Railway project in Indonesia as an example,this paper introduces the key technological innovations of ballast track laying,studies the construction process of ballast track laying,and analyzes quality control and inspection.It improves construction tools,enhances the quality and progress of long steel rail laying,while ensuring track laying safety,effectively improving the level of track laying automation.
