公共建筑大跨度空间钢结构的安装施工技术

摘要 针对大跨度空间钢结构安装施工中结构稳定性、承载性能、施工精度问题,分析临时支撑体系设计和吊装技术的现状,通过精确计算临时支撑受力分布,优化吊装工艺中的吊点布置,结合高强度螺栓连接节点设计,确保结构整体稳定性。结果表明,采用分段吊装、高空拼接技术可以显著提升安装效率,最大变形控制在0.5 mm范围内,应力比满足规范要求。 To address structural stability,load-bearing capacity,and construction precision challenges in large-span spatial steel structure installation,this study analyzes the current status of temporary support system design and hoisting techniques.Through precise calculation of temporary support force distribution,optimized lifting point placement in hoisting processes,and high-strength bolted joint design,the research ensures the stability of overall structural.Results demonstrate that adopting segmented hoisting and high-altitude splicing technology significantly improves installation efficiency,with maximum deformation controlled within 0.5 mm and stress ratios meeting regulatory requirements.
