Construction Technology of“Aluminum Formwork+Climbing Frame+Interweaving”for Prefabricated Buildings

摘要 针对装配式建筑中铝模、爬架及穿插施工中的技术难题,分析施工碰撞、铝模精度控制及接缝处理的现状。通过BIM技术优化施工方案,明确空间冲突点并动态调整施工顺序,显著降低碰撞风险;采用高精度测量与严格工艺控制提升了铝模施工质量,减少了累积误差对结构稳定性的影响;采用双面胶、密封胶带及防水材料对接缝进行精细化处理,有效解决了渗漏与拼缝不严问题。 Aiming at the technical difficulties in the construction of aluminum formwork,climbing scaffolding and interlocking in prefabricated buildings,the current situation of construction collision,precision control of aluminum formwork and joint treatment is analyzed.By optimizing the construction plan through BIM technology,identifying spatial conflict points and dynamically adjusting the construction sequence,the risk of collision is significantly reduced.The adoption of high-precision measurement and strict process control has enhanced the construction quality of aluminum formwork and reduced the impact of cumulative errors on structural stability.The joints were precisely treated with double-sided tape,sealing tape and waterproof materials,effectively solving the problems of leakage and loose joints.By combining double-sided tape,sealing tape and waterproof materials to carry out precise treatment on the seams,the problems of leakage and loose joints have been effectively solved.
