摘要
针对房屋建筑中装配式ALC板填充墙施工技术的应用问题,分析ALC板在安装精度、湿作业比例降低、结构安全性保障方面的现状,结合实际案例,总结其施工重难点,介绍了其施工流程,总结了板材运输、基层清理和放线、墙板切割及安装施工等环节的施工要点。
In response to the application issues of prefabricated ALC board infill wall construction technology in building construction,this paper analyzes the current situation of ALC boards in terms of installation accuracy,reduced proportion of wet work,and structural safety guarantee.Combined with actual cases,it summarizes the key and difficult points of its construction,introduces its construction process,and summarizes the construction key points of board transportation,base cleaning and layout,wall panel cutting and installation construction,etc.
