摘要
在掌握医院建筑施工空间布局复杂、安全要求以及施工质量要求严格3个特点的基础上,从多专业协同作业、工程量统计、碰撞检测与协调、施工现场管理、施工现场环境保护5个方面分析了BIM技术的具体应用,同时,针对BIM应用过程中在技术、成本、管理方面存在的挑战,提出详细策略,有利于充分发挥BIM技术应用价值,提高医院建筑的施工质量。
Based on the understanding of the three characteristics of hospital building construction,namely complex spatial layout,strict safety requirements and construction quality requirements,the specific application of BIM technology was analyzed from five aspects:multi-disciplinary collaborative operation,engineering quantity statistics,collision detection and coordination,on-site construction management and on-site environmental protection.Meanwhile,in view of the challenges existing in the application process of BIM in terms of technology,cost and management,detailed strategies are proposed,which is conducive to giving full play to the application value of BIM technology and improving the construction quality of hospital buildings.
