摘要
目的 研究分析经导管动脉栓塞化疗(TACE)联合射频消融术(RFA)治疗原发性肝癌(PLC)的临床疗效以及其对患者术后炎症因子、肝功能的影响。方法 选取2022年1月至2024年11月本院收治的82例PLC患者,根据治疗方法不同将患者分为两组,对照组41例行单纯TACE治疗,观察组41例行TACE联合RFA治疗。比较两组患者术后的炎症因子、肝功能相关指标水平、肿瘤直径大小变化及治疗效果。结果 观察组患者术后6个月的hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-a水平均低于对照组,IL-2水平高于对照组(P<0.05);术后6个月的ALT、AST水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后临床疗效有效率(85.37%)明显优于对照组(68.29%),(P<0.05)。结论 TACE联合RFA治疗PLC的临床效果更好,可有效减轻患者术后机体的炎症状态,改善肝脏功能的相关指标水平。
Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical efficacy of transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE)combined with radiofrequency ablation(RFA)in the treatment of primary liver cancer(PLC),and its impact on postoperative inflammatory cytokines and liver function in patients.Methods From January 2022 to November 2024,82 patients with PLC treated in our hospital were selected.The patients were divided into two groups based on the treatment method:the control group(41 patients)received TACE alone,and the observation group(41 patients)received TACE combined with RFA.Postoperative inflammatory cytokines,liver function-related indicators,changes in tumor diameter,and treatment efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results Six months after surgery,the levels of hs-CRP,IL-6,and TNF-αin the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,while the level of IL-2 was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Six months after surgery,the ALT and AST levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy rate in the observation group(85.37%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(68.29%)(P<0.05).Conclusion TACE combined with RFA is more effective in the treatment of PLC.It can significantly alleviate postoperative inflammatory responses and improve liver function-related indicators.
