摘要
目的 探究慢性心力衰竭患者应用沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠治疗的效果及对血清N端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)的影响。方法 按照随机数字表法将2021年1月-2023年12月广昌县人民医院收治的66例慢性心力衰竭患者分为对照组和研究组,每组33例。对照组应用盐酸贝那普利片治疗,研究组应用沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片治疗。比较两组临床疗效、心功能指标(IVST、LVPWT、LVEDD、LVEF、LVESD、CI)、NT-proBNP水平、不良反应发生率(肝功异常、头痛恶心、高钾血症、周围性水肿)。结果 研究组治疗总有效率(96.97%)高于对照组(72.73%)(P<0.05);研究组治疗后心功能指标均优于对照组,且NT-proBNP水平优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率(3.03%)低于对照组(18.18%)(P<0.05)。结论 沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床效果确切,能够提高患者心功能,改善血清NT-proBNP水平,且安全性较高。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of sacubitril valsartan sodium in the treatment of chronic heart failure and its effect on serum N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP).Methods Using the random number table method,totally 66 patients with chronic heart failure admitted to Guangchang County People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were divided into control group and study group,33 patients per group.In the control group,patients were treated with benazepril hydrochloride tablets,while in the study group,patients were treated with sacubitril valsartan sodium tablets.The clinical efficacy,cardiac function indexes(IVST,LVPWT,LVEDD,LVEF,LVESD and CI),NT-proBNP level and incidence of adverse reactions(abnormal liver function,headache,nausea,hyperkalemia,peripheral edema)were compared between the two groups.Results The study group(96.97%)had higher the total effective rate of treatment than that in the control group(72.73%)(P<0.05).The study group demonstrated significantly better cardiac function parameters and NT-proBNP level compared to the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The study group(3.03%)had lower the incidence of adverse reactions than that in the control group(18.18%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of sacubitril valsartan sodium in the treatment of chronic heart failure is definite,which can improve the cardiac function of patients,improve the level of serum NT-proBNP,and has high safety.
