摘要
目的 分析奥美拉唑联合达立通颗粒在胃或十二指肠溃疡中的临床有效性及对炎症因子水平的影响。方法 选取2022年1月-2023年12月进贤县中医院收治的胃或十二指肠溃疡患者60例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,各30例。对照组采用奥美拉唑治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合达立通颗粒治疗。比较两组临床疗效、临床症状(上腹满胀、疼痛、灼热反酸、嗳气)改善时间、炎症因子水平[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞计数(WBC)]、不良反应发生率(便秘、恶心呕吐、上腹部不适、肝功能损伤)。结果 相较于对照组总有效率的73.33%,研究组治疗总有效率更高,为96.67%(P<0.05);研究组各临床症状改善时间短于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后血清炎症因子水平(IL-6、CRP、WBC)均低于治疗前,且研究组血清炎症因子水平低于对照组(P<0.05);相较于对照组不良反应发生率的23.33%,研究组不良反应发生率更低,为3.33%(P<0.05)。结论 奥美拉唑联合达立通颗粒可提升胃或十二指肠溃疡的临床有效性,加快临床症状改善速度,抑制炎症反应,且不会增加不良反应发生率。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of omeprazole combined with Dalitong granules in the treatment of gastric or duodenal ulcer and its effect on inflammatory factor levels.Methods From January 2022 to December 2023,60 patients with gastric or duodenal ulcer admitted to Jinxian County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and study group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with omeprazole,and the study group was treated with Dalitong granules on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy improvement time of clinical and clinical symptoms(upper abdominal fullness,pain,burning acid reflux,belching),the levels of inflammatory factors[interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP),white blood cell count(WBC)],and the incidence of adverse reactions(constipation,nausea and vomiting,upper abdominal discomfort,liver function injury)were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with 73.33%of the total effective rate of the control group,the total effective rate of the study group was higher,accounting for 96.67%(P<0.05).The improvement time of clinical symptoms inthe study group was shorterthan that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum inflammatory factors(IL-6,CRP,WBC)in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels of serum inflammatory factors in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with 23.33%of the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower,accounting for 3.33%(P<0.05).Conclusion Omeprazole combined with Dalitong granules can improve the clinical efficacy of gastric or duodenal ulcer,accelerate the improvement of clinical symptoms,inhibit inflammatory response,and will not increase the incidence of adverse reactions.
