摘要
目的 基于女性排卵相关网络大数据热词的分析,了解公众对女性排卵相关情况的关注热点。方法 利用Python软件的jieba库分词方法,采集并统计2020年4月1日-2023年3月31日共3年间公众在互联网生殖健康咨询服务平台——甜丁网进行咨询服务活动的词频数据。结果 共获得排卵相关咨询信息量38 997 894条,包括18类。百万级咨询量的咨询词有8个,数据量之和占总数据量的46.46%。咨询词排名中的咨询量前3为监测(咨询量为4 278 805人次)、测排卵(咨询量为3 693 230人次)、试纸测排卵(咨询量为2 219 680人次)。十万级的咨询词共有66个,数据量之和占总数据量的89.80%。结论 公众咨询热点为排卵监测、测排卵和试纸测排卵。根据患者使用的咨询词的频率及相关热词,进一步分析公众所关心的热点热搜,可以在一定程度上帮助互联网医院制定相关策略,挖掘公众需求,帮助互联网医院更好服务患者。
Objective To understand the public's focus on female ovulation related situation based on the analysis of hot words in big data of female ovulation related network.Methods Using the jieba library word segmentation method of Python software,the word frequency data of the public's consulting service activities on the Internet reproductive health consulting service platform-Tianding.com during the three years from April 1,2020 to March 31,2023 were collected and counted.Results A total of 38997894 ovulation-related counseling information were obtained,including 18 categories.There are 8 consulting words in the million-level consulting volume,and the sum of the data volume accounts for 46.46%of the total data volume.The top three consultations in the ranking of consultation words were monitoring(4278805 consultations),ovulation test(3693230 consultations),and ovulation test with test paper(2219680 consultations).There were 66 consulting words of 100 thousand level,and the total amount of data accounts for 89.80%of the total amount of data.Conclusion The hot spots of public consultation are ovulation monitoring,ovulation detection and test paper ovulation detection.According to the frequency of consultation words used by patients and related hot words,further analysis of hot searches of public concern can help Internet hospitals formulate relevant strategies to a certain extent,tap public needs,and help Internet hospitals better serve patients.
