摘要
网络空间的竞争,归根结底是人才竞争。网络空间安全本硕贯通式人才培养模式,面向国家战略需求,创新拔尖人才培养机制,全面规划专业课程、实验和实训,制定相辅相成、协调一致的培养方案,各环节之间紧密相连,既有前期的铺垫和引导,也有后期的跟进和支持,保障所培养的人才能够系统地掌握知识、技能,并在实际应用中持续成长。探索网络空间安全本硕贯通的培养机制,采用小班化教学模式,设置针对拔尖人才特点的教学体系,建立“一生一导”特长能力培养机制,经郑州大学“嵩山实验班”的建设与实践,拔尖人才培养效果显著,可为相关领域与专业拔尖人才培养提供有益借鉴与参考。
The competition in cyberspace ultimately boils down to the talent competition.Cyberspace security master’s and bachelor’s degree integrated talent training model is oriented towards national strategic needs,innovates the mechanism for cultivating top-notch talents,plans professional courses,experiments and practical training globally,and develops complementary and coordinated training programs.The various links are closely connected,with both early preparation and guidance,as well as later follow-up and support,to ensure that the trained talents can systematically master knowledge and skills and continue to grow in practical applications.We are exploring a training mechanism for the integration of undergraduate and graduate programs in cybersecurity,adopting a small class teaching mode,setting up a teaching system tailored to the characteristics of top talents,and establishing the one-to-one student-mentor system special ability training mechanism.Through the construction and practice of our school’s“Songshan Experimental Class”,the training effect of top talents is significant,which can provide useful reference and guidance for the training of top talents in related fields and majors.
