摘要
人才培养目标是专业人才培养的依据。自师范类专业认证工作开展以来,探索科学合理的人才培养目标评价方法一直是各院校进行师范类专业建设研究的热点和难点。河北师范大学生物科学专业人才培养目标的内容和评价方法,以教育部师范类专业认证的OBE核心理念为指导,评价方法采取多维度、多层次,定性与定量相结合的方式,实现了对人才培养目标的科学合理评价,可为其他院校本科师范类生物科学专业人才培养目标评价方法的制定提供参考。
Talent training is based on the Talent Training Objectives(TTO).Scientific and reasonable evaluation methods for TTO has always been a hot and difficult topic in major construction of teacher education in many universities since the Professional Programmatic Accreditation of Teacher Education(PPATE).In present study,we set forth the content and evaluation method of TTO for Biological Sciences major of Hebei Normal University,which is guided by the core ideas Outcome Based Education(OBE)of PPATE.This evaluation method for TTO is a multi-dimensional,multi-levels,scientific and reasonable by combining qualitative and quantitative method.This paper provides references for the TTO setting and evaluation construction of Biological Sciences teacher education major of other universities.
