摘要
为构建基层医疗机构中药学服务体系并为基层中药学人才培养方案提供数据支持,聚焦教学实效展开研究。前期通过调研,深入掌握辖区内基层医疗机构中药师的培训需求,以此为导向精心设计系统培训课程,形成基层医院“基层中药师服务能力提升项目”精品系列课程。培训过程中,注重理论与实践相结合,结束后通过理论和实践技能考核开展教学效果评估。从评估结果来看,参训学员已基本掌握了中药学服务的基本知识与实践技能,项目成功为通州区基层医疗机构培养了50名中药学骨干人才。这种依托区药学质控平台,以需求为导向的基层中药师培训模式,在推进基层中医药服务能力建设中展现出较好的实用性和推广价值,为基层中药学人才培养的教学实践提供了有益参考。
To construct a system of Chinese pharmacy services in primary-level medical institutions and provide data support for the training program of primary-level Chinese pharmacy talents,this project focuses on the effectiveness of teaching in its implementation.In the early stage of the project,an in-depth investigation was conducted to grasp the training needs of Chinese medicine pharmacists in primary-level medical institutions within the jurisdiction.Guided by these needs,a systematic training curriculum was carefully designed,forming a series of high-quality courses under the“Project for Improving the Service Capabilities of Primary-level Chinese Medicine Pharmacists”for primary hospitals.During the training,emphasis was placed on integrating theory with practice,and after the training,teaching effectiveness was evaluated through assessments of theoretical knowledge and practical skills.According to the evaluation results,the participating trainees have basically mastered the basic knowledge and practical skills of Chinese pharmacy services,and the project has successfully trained 50 backbone Chinese pharmacy talents for primary-level medical institutions in Tongzhou District.This demand-oriented training model for primary-level Chinese medicine pharmacists,relying on the district-level pharmaceutical quality control platform,has shown good practicality and promotional value in promoting the construction of primary-level traditional Chinese medicine service capabilities,and provides useful references for the teaching practice of training primary-level Chinese pharmacy talents.
