职继协同视角下农村继续教育课程教学改革研究

摘要 职继协同视角下,农村继续教育课程教学研究对于提升农村劳动力素质、服务乡村振兴具有关键作用。四川开放大学土地政策学教学在迈向职继协同高质量发展的过程中,暴露出教育资源整合不力、教学模式创新不足、课程设置不合理及学员学习积极性不高等问题。针对这些问题,应强化师资队伍协同建设、教材协同优化、创新协同教学方法、完善协同课程规划及构建协同激励机制等教学改革策略,推动四川开放大学土地政策学教学的高质量发展,实现职继协同与农村继续教育课程改革的良性互动,为乡村振兴战略实施提供人才支撑。 From the perspective of vocational and follow-up collaboration,the teaching and research of rural continuing education courses plays a key role in improving the quality of rural labor force and serving rural revitalization.In the process of moving towards high-quality development of land policy teaching at the The Open University of Sichuan,it has exposed problems such as poor integration of educational resources,insufficient innovation in teaching models,unreasonable curriculum settings,and low enthusiasm of students for learning.In response to these problems,teaching reform strategies such as collaborative construction of faculty,collaborative optimization of teaching materials,innovative collaborative teaching methods,improvement of collaborative curriculum planning and construction of collaborative incentive mechanisms should be strengthened to promote the high-quality development of land policy teaching at the The Open University of Sichuan and achieve professional and continuous collaboration.The positive interaction with rural continuing education curriculum reform provides talent support for the implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy.
