新农科背景下地方应用型本科设施农业科学与工程专业人才培养改革与探索 被引量:2

摘要 为提高地方应用型本科教育质量,培养符合企事业单位需求的应用型农业复合人才,在走访企业、毕业生调研、同类高校调研和毕业生就业岗位及职业能力分析的基础上,从培养模式和课程设计2方面对设施农业科学与工程专业人才培养方案进行改革与探索。改革注重校企合作、产教融合的协同育人和创新创业教育课程体系设置,将实践教学体系分为平台实践课程、公共实践、专业实践和创新创业实践。通过该次改革,形成以设施栽培、设施环境与调控为核心,以农业工程为手段,以设施农业应用为目标的“三位一体”的专业综合应用型人才培养体系。 In order to improve the quality of local applied undergraduate education and cultivate applied agricultural compound talents that meet the needs of enterprises and institutions,based on visiting enterprises,graduate surveys,similar university surveys and analysis of graduates'employment positions and professional abilities,the training plan for facility agricultural science and engineering majors has been reformed and explored from two aspects:curriculum design.The reform focuses on collaborative education and innovation and entrepreneurship education curriculum system that focuses on school-enterprise cooperation and integration of industry and education,and divides the practical teaching system into platform practice courses,public practice,professional practice and innovation and entrepreneurship practice.Through this reform,a"three-in-one"professional comprehensive application-oriented talent training system has been formed with facility cultivation,facility environment and regulation as the core,agricultural engineering as the means,and facility agricultural application as the goal.
