摘要
随着数字经济的快速发展,数据要素与农业传统生产要素相结合,有效培育农业新质生产力、推进农业高质量发展。该文在梳理数据要素和农业绿色全要素生产率的基础上,分析二者之间的现实关联,并对相关研究现状进行系统分析。提出以数据要素提升农业绿色全要素生产率存在技术创新、经济收益、协同机制和行业特性等方面的现实困境,应通过技术应用、生态价值、协同创新和智慧监管等举措,打造农业精细管理和智慧供应链,实现绿色循环和政策精准实施,切实提升农业绿色全要素生产率。
With the rapid development of the digital economy,data elements are combined with traditional agricultural production factors to effectively cultivate new agricultural productivity and promote high-quality agricultural development.Based on sorting out the data elements and agricultural green total factor productivity,this paper analyzes the actual correlation between the two,and systematically analyzes the current research status.It is proposed that using data elements to improve agricultural green total factor productivity has practical difficulties in terms of technological innovation,economic benefits,synergy mechanisms and industry characteristics.Measures such as technology application,ecological value,collaborative innovation and smart supervision should be adopted to create fine agricultural management and smartsupply chain,achieve green circulation and precise implementation of policies,and effectively improve agricultural green total factor productivity.
