摘要
习近平总书记强调“推进中国式现代化,必须全面推进乡村振兴”“全面建设社会主义现代化国家,最艰巨最繁重的任务仍然在农村”。近年来,随着城镇化、工业化进程不断加快,便捷的交通让大都市对三、四线城市的吸虹效应更加明显,相当一批三、四线城市农村“空心化”问题日益突出,较大制约了农村经济社会发展,不符合农业农村现代化要求。调研组以四川省泸州市为例,通过数据统计、问卷调查、座谈交流、实地调研等方式,对“空心村”基本现状、形成原因、产生影响等深入分析研究,结合实际提出对策建议。
General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized that"to promote China's modernization,we must comprehensively promote rural revitalization."and that"to comprehensively build a modern socialist country,the most arduous and arduous tasks still lie in rural areas."In recent years,as the urbanization and industrialization process continues to accelerate,convenient transportation has made the attraction effect of metropolises on third-and fourth-tier cities more obvious.The problem of"hollowing out"in rural areas in a considerable number of third-and fourth-tier cities has become increasingly prominent.It restricts rural economic and social development and does not meet the requirements of agricultural and rural modernization.Taking Luzhou City,Sichuan Province as an example,the research team conducted in-depth analysis and research on the basic status quo,causes,and impacts of the"hollow village"through data statistics,questionnaire surveys,discussions and exchanges,and on-site surveys,and finally put forward countermeasures and suggestions based on actual conditions.
