摘要
在全球绿色低碳发展的背景下,我国政府通过政策引导推动教育改革与人才培养,三峡库区现代农业产业园区对复合型人才的需求日益迫切。重庆三峡职业学院与施耐德电气公司合作共建技术应用中心,通过校企合作,将企业技术优势与学校教育资源相结合,为产业输送实用型、创新型人才。项目通过建成对接“双碳”目标的人才培养体系、深化校企合作与协同育人、创新国际化“双师”教师培养模式等创新实践,取得显著成效,为三峡库区农业产业园区的绿色低碳转型提供有力支持。
Against the backdrop of global green and low-carbon development,my government has promoted education reform and talent training through policy guidance.The modern agricultural industrial park in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area has an increasingly urgent demand for compound talents.Chongqing Three Gorges Vocational College and Schneider Electric Company cooperated to jointly build a technology application center.Through school-enterprise cooperation,they combine the company's technological advantages with the school's educational resources to deliver practical and innovative talents to the industry.The project has achieved remarkable results through innovative practices such as establishing a talent training system that connects with the"double carbon"goal,deepening school-enterprise cooperation and collaborative education,and innovating the international"double teacher"teacher training model,providing strong support for the green and low-carbon transformation of the agricultural industrial park in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area.
