摘要
山丹马场作为我国西北地区农牧企业居民点的典型样本,承担着生态屏障保护、优质良马繁育、现代畜牧业发展等多种复合功能。该文以山丹马场为研究对象,通过实地调研与数据分析,系统剖析其公共服务设施配置困境,创新性提出“圈层联动+动态补位”的规划策略,系统构建“生产-生活-生态”三位一体的复合型设施网络。研究表明,差异化配置可提升农牧企业职工生活质量与产业效能,为同类农牧企业规划提供参考。
As a typical agro-pastoral enterprise settlement in Northwest China,Shandan Horse Farm undertakes multiple integrated functions,including ecological barrier protection,high-quality horse breeding,and modern animal husbandry development.This study takes Shandan Horse Farm as the research object and systematically analyzes the challenges in public service facility allocation through field investigations and data analysis.Innovatively proposing a planning strategy termed"Layered Linkage+Dynamic Supplementation",the research constructs a tripartite integrated facility network that synergizes"production-life-ecology".The findings demonstrate that differentiated allocation strategies significantly enhance both the quality of life for agro-pastoral enterprise employees and industrial efficiency.This study provides a replicable framework for optimizing public service facilities in similar agro-pastoral regions,offering theoretical and practical insights for sustainable rural revitalization.
