摘要
针对现有信号质量监测技术因缺乏有效多指标融合方法而导致不同欺骗环境下检测性能差异显著的问题,提出基于改进D-S(Dempster-Shafer)证据理论的卫星导航多指标融合欺骗检测方法。首先,设计非归一化的同相支路一致性指标(ELP),提取其均值和方差并结合Ratio指标的均值与方差构建多指标集。其次,构建基于D-S证据理论的融合框架,引入冲突事件解决检测指标不一致问题,并基于指标检测门限设计质量函数和合成规则,实现多指标融合的欺骗干扰检测。最后,使用美国德克萨斯大学奥斯汀分校的公共数据库进行仿真测试。实验结果表明,所提方法通过改进D-S证据理论有效融合对欺骗干扰更敏感的Ratio与ELP均值和方差指标,在不同干扰强度和类型的欺骗场景下均实现了93%以上的检测率,与单一指标相比,多场景检测率提高5%以上。
Addressing the issue that common signal quality monitoring technologies perform differently in detection under various spoofing attacks due to the lack of effective multi-indicator fusion methods,a satellite navigation multi-indicator fusion spoofing detection method based on the improved Dempster-Shafer(D-S)evidence theory is proposed.Firstly,the non-normalized phase-coherent Early-Late-Prompt consistency indicator(ELP)is designed.Its mean value and variation are extracted and combined with those of Ratio indicators to become new detection indicators.Secondly,a fusion framework based on D-S evidence theory is developed,which introduces conflict event resolution to detect inconsistencies in indicators and employs quality functions and synthesis rules based on indicator detection thresholds to achieve multi-indicator integration for deception interference detection.Finally,simulation tests are conducted using the publicly available TEXBAT dataset from the University of Texas at Austin.The experimental results show that the proposed method effectively fuses both Ratio and ELP mean and variance,which are more sensitive to spoofing interference,by the improved D-S evidence theory.Its detection rate reaches over 93%under various spoofing scenarios.Compared with single-indicator methods,the proposed method improves the detection rate by more than 5%.
