摘要
新加坡英才教育制度是其培养高素质创新型人才的关键。了解其历史脉络和内在逻辑,不仅有助于洞察新加坡教育发展趋势,还能应对我国英才教育建设的挑战。新加坡英才教育制度经历了起步规划、调整创新和深度整合三个时期,变迁过程中受政府选择和学校利益固守的深层结构影响。变革动力包括他国经验的示范、自我学习机制的驱动和办学主体权力的变化。未来,我国拔尖创新人才培养制度体系构建应完善政策顶层设计、明确政府职能、促进教育融合和提升文化认同。
Singapore’s gifted education system plays a pivotal role in cultivating top-notch innovative talents.Understanding its historical context and internal logic will not only help us gain insight into the development trend of Singapore’s education,but also address the challenges of China’s elite education.Singapore’s gifted education system has gone through three periods:initial planning,adjustment and innovation,and deep integration,which are affected by the deep structure of government choice and school interests.The driving force of change includes the demonstration of other countries’experience,the drive of self-learning mechanisms,and the change of the power of the main body of running schools.In the future,the construction of China’s top-notch innovative talent training system should improve policy top-level design,clarify the functions of the government,promote the integration of education,and enhance cultural identity.
