学校高质量办学的关键维度、意识及策略探论

摘要 基于学校高质量办学的内涵和要求,提出“四维八识”的分析框架及实践路径。在根基之维,强调人本意识对教育本质的回归,以及整体意识在资源配置和系统协调中的重要地位。内蕴之维聚焦实践与理论的结合,强调研究在教育创新中的关键作用。外化之维则关注成果的凝练与推广,以及交流在经验共享和互学互鉴中的价值。动力之维突出共同学习和深度反思对教育质量提升的持久保障。通过多维度、多层次的探讨,尝试为学校管理者提供实践参考,也为教育政策制定者提供现实启示,进而为推动教育高质量发展探究可行路径。未来研究和实践中,还可进一步探讨各维度间的相互作用机制,积累在不同教育阶段和类型中的运用案例与经验,不断调整,以臻完善。 Drawing on the connotations and requirements of high-quality school operations,this study proposes the analytical framework of"Four Di-mensions and Eight Consciousnesses"along with its practical pathways.The foundational dimension emphasizes humanistic consciousness as a return to the essence of education,and holistic consciousness as crucial for resource allocation and systematic coordination.The intrinsic dimension focuses on integrating practice with theory,highlighting research as a key driver of educational innovation.The externalization dimension addresses the refinement and dissemina-tion of outcomes,as well as the value of exchange in experience sharing and mutual learning.The dynamic dimension underscores how collaborative learn-ing and deep reflection provide sustained assurance for educational quality enhancement.Through multidimensional and multilevel exploration,this study seeks to offer practical guidance for school administrators and policy insights for educational decision-makers,thereby exploring viable pathways for advan-cing high-quality educational development.Future research and practice could further investigate the interaction mechanisms among dimensions,accumulate application cases and experiences across different educational stages and types,and continuously refine approaches toward optimization.
