摘要
当前常用的履带式勘探钻机电控系统具有控制参数显示不直观、管线多、施工效率低及安全风险高的缺陷。采用PLC技术、现场总线技术和传感器技术,研发了一种新的自动化控制系统。试验结果表明,该系统结构设计合理、稳定可靠,可实现钻机各模块的数据传输(绞车、自动送钻、转盘、钻速、转速及泥浆泵)和故障监控,优化控制和监测整个钻进过程,便于动态、精确地自动控制钻进过程。
Currently,the commonly used electronic control system of crawler exploration drilling rig has some defects such as unintuitive display of control parameters,many pipelines,low construction efficiency and high safety risk.A new automatic control system was developed by using PLC technology,fieldbus technology and sensor technology.The test results show that this system can realize the data transmission of each module of the drilling rig(winch,automatic drilling feed,rotary table,drilling rate,speed and mud pump)and fault monitoring,optimize the control and monitoring of the whole drilling process,so as to dynamically and accurately control the drilling process automatically.
