摘要
目前,矿用自动钻机的传统培训手段效率低、代入感差,有时还会由误操作导致钻机故障和人员安全风险,培训效果不理想。为寻求一种更安全、高效的培训解决方案,以ZYWL-4000SY煤矿用双履带全液压钻机为原型,研发了基于虚拟现实(VR)技术的矿用自动钻机操作培训系统。该系统构建了实时互动的虚拟课堂,采用专家引导、学员参与的形式,共同探讨问题、分享经验。测试结果表明,引入该系统后,培训平均时长缩短了24.2%,显著提高了培训效率;技术支持率和设备故障率分别减少了43.3%和42.8%,显著提升了学员对操作流程的掌握和故障处理能力。
At present,the traditional training methods for mining automatic drilling rig are inefficient,have poor immersion,and sometimes lead to drilling rig failures and personnel safety risks due to misoperation,resulting in unsatisfactory training effects.In order to seek a safer and more efficient training solution,a mining automatic drilling rig operation training system based on virtual reality(VR)technology was developed by taking the ZYWL-4000SY coal mine double track fully hydraulic drilling rig as the prototype.This system built a real-time interactive virtual classroom,and used the form of expert guidance and student participation to jointly explore problems and share experiences.The test results show that after introducing this system,the average training duration is shortened by 24.2%,significantly improving training efficiency;the technical support rate and equipment failure rate have decreased by 43.3%and 42.8%respectively,significantly improving students mastery of operating procedures and fault handling abilities.
