摘要
针对传统钻机智能化水平低、易突发孔口事故和操作人员多等问题,研发了CMD60智能化钻机,并进行了示范应用。结果表明,该钻机机动能力强、自动化程度高,满足复杂地层连续跟管钻进的需求,钻井数据可远程传输,可适应复杂地层条件,能够提高工人施工的安全性和降低工人劳动强度。
Aiming at the problems of traditional drilling rig,such as low intelligence level,easy to burst hole accident and many operators,developed CMD60 intelligent drilling rig,and the demonstration application was conducted.The results show that this drilling rig has strong maneuverability and high degree of automation,which can meet the needs of continuous tube drilling in complex strata.The drilling data can be transmitted remotely.It can be dapted to complex formation conditions,improve the safety of workers during construction and reduce the labor intensity of workers.
