摘要
近年来随着选煤技术的发展与选煤工艺的成熟,选煤工艺中出现了4种粗煤泥分选设备:煤泥重介质旋流器、螺旋分选机、干扰床分选机(TBS)、逆流分选机(RC)。阐明了选煤工艺中粗煤泥的来源、4种设备的分选原理及分选过程,并从设备的分选精度、运行成本、工艺特点三方面进行了综合比较。结果表明,RC分选机在分选精度、运行成本等方面具有突出的优势。
In recent years,with the development of coal preparation technology and the maturity of coal preparation process,four kinds of coarse coal slurry sorting equipment have appeared in the coal preparation process:coal slurry heavy medium cyclone,spiral separator,teetered bed separator(TBS)and reflux classifier(RC).The source of coarse coal slurry in coal preparation process,the sorting principle and processes of four kinds of equipment were clarified,and comprehensively comparison was conducted from three aspects:separation precision,operating cost and process characteristics of the equipment.The results show that the RC sparator has outstanding advantages in separation precision and operation cost,and other aspects.
