摘要
针对某型斜盘式轴向柱塞泵在不同吸油压力及转速下的流动性能表现,运用计算流体力学仿真技术,进行数值模拟研究与规律分析。结果表明:在恒定的吸油压力下,柱塞泵转速的提升会引发出口流量振荡幅度的显著增强,并伴随吸油能力的逐步衰退;当吸油压力增大时,泵的容积效率得到了明显的提升,但当压力超过0.5 MPa以后,容积效率的增长幅度趋于平缓。此外,吸油压力的升高还能使泵的流量脉动率有所降低。综上所述,在适当提高泵的吸油压力后,可以有效改善柱塞泵的流量特性。
Aiming at the flow performance expression of a swash plate axial piston pump under different suction pressures and speeds,numerical simulation research and law analysis was carried out by using computational fluid dynamics simulation technology.The results show that:at a constant suction pressure,the increase of the piston pump speed triggers the significant enhancement of the outlet flow oscillation amplitude,accompanied by the gradual decline of the suction capacity;when the suction pressure increases,the volumetric efficiency of the pump is significantly improved,but when the pressure is more than 0.5 MPa,the growth of the volumetric efficiency tends to flatten out.In addition,the increase in suction pressure can also make the pump flow pulsation rate is reduced.In summary,the flow characteristics of the piston pump can be effectively improved after the suction pressure of the pump is appropriately increased.
