浆液磨料水射流对喷头的冲蚀磨损特性研究

摘要 磨料水射流具有切割能力强、实施工艺简单等优点,被广泛应用于清洗、除锈、抛光、金属与非金属材料的切割、水力冲孔增加煤层渗透性和石油钻探等领域。然而,高压砂浆泵加压后产生的浆液磨料水射流会对过流部件造成磨损,尤其是对喷头会造成严重的冲蚀磨损。针对浆液磨料水射流对喷头的冲蚀磨损问题,采用理论分析、冲蚀磨损试验、超景深电子显微镜观测分析等方法,对喷头的冲蚀磨损特性进行了研究,分析了不同工况条件下喷头的冲蚀磨损规律。为浆液磨料水射流的参数优选提供了理论依据。 Slurry abrasive water jet method has the advantages of strong cutting ability and simple implementation process,and is widely used in the fields of cleaning,rust removal,polishing,cutting of metal and non-metal materials,hydraulic punching to increase the permeability of coal seam and oil drilling.However,the slurry abrasive water jet produced by the high-pressure mortar pump after pressurization will cause wear to the overflowing parts,especially to the nozzle will cause serious erosion wear.In view of the erosion wear on the nozzle caused by slurry abrasive water jet,used the methods of theoretical analysis,erosion wear test,ultra-depth of field electron microscope observation and analysis to study the erosion wear characteristics of the nozzle,and analyzed the erosion wear law of the nozzle under different working conditions.It provides a theoretical basis for parameter optimization of slurry abrasive water jet.
