摘要
滚筒筛因其机械稳定性好、处理量大等优点被广泛应用于煤炭洗选、煤系固废资源化处置等,然而目前对其内部空间煤炭颗粒的离析机制尚不清晰,缺乏有效理论调控指导。研究了滚筒筛筛分过程中复杂粒级煤炭颗粒运动行为,揭示了滚筒筛关键运动参数(转速、倾角)与物料特性(粒度比、粒级数)对复杂粒级煤炭空间分布特性与离析程度的影响规律,为滚筒筛分装备设计与选型提供了理论支撑。
Drum screens are widely used in coal preparation,coal-based solid waste resource disposal,etc.,due to their good mechanical stability and large processing capacity.However,at present the segregation mechanism of coal particles in their internal space is still unclear,and there is a lack of effective theoretical regulation and guidance.Studied the movement behavior of complex-sized coal particles during drum screen screening,and revealed the influence law of key drum screen motion parameters(rotation speed,inclination angle)and material properties(particle size ratio,particle size number)on the spatial distribution characteristics and segregation degree of complex-sized coal,providing theoretical support for the design and selection of drum screening equipment.
