摘要
分析了采煤机发展注脂润滑技术的必要性,研究了集中注脂装置的驱动控制、注脂量分配技术,完成了集中注脂装置的结构设计,得到了集中注脂装置的技术参数。同时,通过多传感器状态监测开发了自动集中注脂控制系统。该技术在采煤机得到成功应用,提升了采煤机的智能化水平,提高了采煤机的整体可靠性、安全性,具有较好的经济、社会效益。
The necessity of developing grease injection lubrication technology for shearer was analyzed.The driving control and grease injection quantity distribution technology of the centralized grease injection device were studied.The structural design of the centralized grease injection device was completed and the technical parameters of the centralized grease injection device were obtained.At the same time,an automatic centralized grease injection control system was developed through multi-sensor condition monitoring.This technology has been successfully applied in the shearer,improving the intelligent level of the shearer,improving the overall reliability and safety of the shearer,and producing better economic and social benefits.
