集成化锚杆钻机的设计研究

摘要 传统锚杆钻机存在集成化程度低、管路连接复杂、钻孔自动化程度低、操作劳动强度大的问题。针对锚杆支护全流程,研制了一种集成化锚杆钻机,采用倍增机构、2级进给,体积小,进给行程大;控制系统采用液压集成阀组,简化了液压管路,实现了钻机的姿态调整和自动钻孔功能。钻机在神东矿区使用表明,锚杆钻机集成化程度高、性能稳定,自动钻孔功能使用方便,1人可同时操作2或3台钻机进行自动钻孔作业,实现了减人增效,锚护效率提高20%以上。 The traditional anchor drilling rig has some problems,such as low integration,complex pipeline connection,low drilling automation and high operation labor intensity.According to the whole process of bolting,an integrated bolting drill was developed,which adopts double mechanism,two-stage feed,small volume and large feed stroke.The control system adopts hydraulic integrated valve group,which simplifies the hydraulic pipeline,and realizes the attitude adjustment and automatic drilling function of the drilling rig.The use of the drilling rig in Shendong mine area shows that the anchor drilling rig has a high degree of integration,stable performance,convenient use of automatic drilling function,and one person can operate two or three rigs at the same time for automatic drilling operation,which realizes the reduction of manpower and an increase in efficiency,with anchoring efficiency increased by more than 20%.
