摘要
针对洗煤厂传统煤炭筛分过程中效率低、成本高和安全性差等问题,通过集成计算机、传感器和自动控制技术,设计了一种基于PLC控制的煤炭自动筛分系统。该系统由检测系统、自动控制系统和分拣系统组成,检测系统通过传感器测量煤块体积,获取准确的数据;自动控制系统通过PLC接收数据并发出指令,实现自动化控制;分拣系统通过执行指令,确保煤块按标准分类。研究显示,该系统能提高筛选效率、降低人工成本、减轻劳动强度,并提高作业安全性,对于煤炭行业现代化具有重要意义。
Aiming at the problems of low efficiency,high cost,and poor safety in traditional coal screening processes at coal preparation plant,designed a coal automatic screening system based on PLC control by integrating computer,sensor,and automatic control technologies.This system consists of detection system,automatic control system and sorting system.The detection system measures the volume of coal blocks using sensors to obtain accurate data;the automatic control system receives data and issues commands through PLC to achieve automated control;the sorting system executes commands to ensure that coal blocks are classified according to standards.Research shows that this system can improve screening efficiency,reduce labor costs,alleviate labor intensity,and enhance operational safety,which is of great significance for the modernization of the coal industry.
