以含糖饮料干预为例的互动式健康教育模式构建

摘要 目的以含糖饮料干预为例,探讨和构建互动式健康教育模式,为儿童青少年健康教育与促进提供参考。方法基于“3-PR”参与式健康教育框架,即参与式研究(participatory research)、参与式角色扮演(participatory role-playing)、参与式总结(participatory review),设计含糖饮料互动式健康教育模式。采用方便抽样法,选取328名小学生实施互动式健康教育课程。在实施课程前后进行问卷调查,分析学生对含糖饮料的知识和态度改变以及在含糖饮料摄入量上的变化情况,评价互动式课程教育效果。结果参与互动课程后,学生在含糖饮料知识层面有较大提升,对含糖饮料的态度改变显著;互动课程结束后,学生在含糖饮料摄入量上显著下降。结论互动式健康教育模式有助于改善学生对含糖饮料的认知行为。 Objective To explore and develop an interactive health education model,using sugar-sweetened beverage intervention as an example,thereby providing a reference for health education and promotion among children and adolescents.Methods The interactive health education model on sugar-sweetened beverages was developed based on the"3-PR"participatory framework,encompassing participatory research,participatory role-playing,and participatory review.A convenience sampling method was employed to select 328 primary school students for the implementation of interactive health education courses.Questionnaires were administered before and after the course to analyze changes in students'knowledge and attitudes toward sugar-sweetened beverages,as well as alterations in sugar-sweetened beverages consumption patterns,thereby evaluating the effectiveness of the interactive educational program.Results After participating in the interactive course,students showed significant improvement in their knowledge of sugary drinks and a notable change in their attitudes toward them.Following the completion of the course,there was a marked decrease in students'consumption of sugary beverages.Conclusion The interactive health education model proves effective in improving students'cognitive behaviors regarding sugar-sweetened beverages.
