新时代背景下涉农高校耕读教育的内涵、理论逻辑与实践路径

摘要 乡村振兴基础在教育,出路在科技,关键在人才。涉农高校开展耕读教育是培养涉农高校学生强农兴农使命和知农爱农情怀的有效途径,为国家不断培养懂农业、爱农村、爱农民的高质量“三农”人才。文章立足新时代的发展背景,在深入挖掘耕读教育的时代内涵的基础上,对涉农高校开展耕读教育的理论逻辑进行分析,认为涉农高校开展耕读教育的应然框架为在正确的理论和思想指导下,建立完整的耕读教育人才培养体系和完善的耕读教育保障机制。据此,提出涉农高校开展耕读教育的实践优化路径,具体包括建设具有耕读特色的课程体系、开展丰富的教育实践活动、强化高素质专业化教师队伍建设、营造耕读文化的校园氛围、加强耕读教育组织保障、完善耕读教育评价机制,期冀为涉农高校探索具有特色的耕读教育模式提供思路。 The foundation of rural revitalization lies in education,the way out lies in science and technology,and the key lies in talents.Carrying out farming and reading education in agriculture-related colleges and universities is an effective way to cultivate students'mission of strengthening agriculture and rejuvenating agriculture and their feelings of knowing and loving agriculture,and to continuously cultivate high-quality"three rural"talents who understand agriculture,love the countryside and love farmers for the country.Based on the development background of the new era,this paper analyzes the theoretical logic of carrying out farming education in agriculture-related colleges and universities,and holds that the proper framework for carrying out farming education in agriculture-related colleges and universities is to establish a complete talent training system and perfect farming education guarantee mechanism under the guidance of correct theories and ideas.Based on this,this paper puts forward the practical optimization path of carrying out farming education in agriculture-related universities,including building a curriculum system with farming characteristics,carrying out rich educational practice activities,strengthening the construction of high-quality professional teachers,creating a campus atmosphere of farming culture,strengthening the organizational guarantee of farming education,and improving the evaluation mechanism of farming education,in the hope of providing ideas for agriculture-related universities to explore a distinctive farming education model.
