摘要
乡村振兴作为国家发展的重大战略,乡村建设是其核心内容,而特色村建设则是乡村建设的重要着力点。甘肃黄河沿线地区历史悠久,众多村庄因深厚的历史文化积淀而独具特色,为其特色村建设奠定了坚实的文化基础。但在特色村建设的现实境况中,存在村落共同体对乡村文化资源的认知程度、保护力度、传承效果和利用水平相对有限等问题,限制了文化资源在特色村建设中作用的有效发挥。因此,可从深挖文化内涵、保护文化遗产、加强村民文化教育、促进文化和旅游的融合等方面入手,提升甘肃黄河沿线特色村建设的创新力、持续力、赋能力和先锋力,推动村落的成功转型和社会的持续发展。同时,也为其他地区的乡村建设提供借鉴,助力全国乡村振兴战略的全面实施。
As a major national development strategy,rural revitalization takes rural construction as its core content,while the construction of characteristic villages is an important focus of rural construction.The areas along the Yellow River in Gansu have a long history,and numerous villages are unique due to their profound historical and cultural heritage,laying a solid cultural foundation for the construction of characteristic villages.However,in the practical situation of characteristic village construction,there are problems such as the relatively limited awareness,protection intensity,inheritance effect,and utilization level of rural cultural resources by the village community,which restrict the effective play of the role of cultural resources in the construction of characteristic villages.Therefore,it is possible to start from deepening cultural connotations,protecting cultural heritage,strengthening villagers'cultural education,and promoting the integration of culture and tourism,so as to enhance the innovation,sustainability,empowerment,and pioneering power of the construction of characteristic villages along the Yellow River in Gansu,and promote the successful transformation of villages and the sustainable development of society.At the same time,it also provides reference for rural construction in other regions and helps the comprehensive implementation of the national rural revitalization strategy.
