摘要
在乡村振兴战略背景下,农文旅融合(农业+文化+旅游)成为推动乡村产业升级、文化传承与生态保护的重要路径。农文旅融合是通过资源重组与产业联动,实现文化赋能旅游、旅游反哺农业的协同效应。近年来,围绕如何利用发展农业、开发好文化旅游产业,正宁县五顷塬回族乡实行了多种举措,取得了切实有效的成果。但仍存在农文旅产业融合程度不深、业态低端、对当地经济贡献率有限等现实短板。在今后发展中可采取以文化为魂、产业为体、科技为翼,构建“保护—创新—共享”的可持续发展体系,持续推动乡村全面振兴。
In the context of the rural revitalization strategy,the integration of agriculture,culture and tourism(agriculture,culture and tourism)has become an important path to promote rural industrial upgrading,cultural inheritance and ecological protection.The integration of agriculture,culture and tourism is to achieve the synergistic effect of cultural empowerment tourism and tourism feeding back agriculture through resource restructuring and industrial linkage.In recent years,focusing on how to use the development of agriculture and develop the cultural tourism industry,Wuqingyuan Hui Township in Zhengning County has implemented a variety of measures and achieved practical and effective results.However,there are still practical shortcomings such as the lack of deep integration of the agricultural,cultural and tourism industry,the low-end format,and the limited contribution rate to the local economy.In the future development,we can adopt culture as the soul,industry as the body,and science and technology as the wings to build a sustainable development system of"protection-innovation-sharing",and ultimately promote the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas.
